Frequently asked questions...

Will we hear from you before you stick your camera in our faces?

Of course. Having a good relationship with you is one of my top priorities, because if you feel relaxed and happy with me then we'll get relaxed and happy photos.

You wouldn't invite a complete stranger to your wedding, so it's important that we're happy we're a good fit before you walk down the aisle. I love to meet my couples for a coffee date (although I don't drink coffee so it'll be a hot chocolate for me) and a chat. If logistically that's not possible, we'll at the very least skype. I also offer engagement shoots which are a great way for you to get comfortable in front of the camera as well as giving us a chance for a chin wag.
I don't generally meet up before a portrait session but we'll chat over text or email so that I can gather some information to help guide your shoot. We'll spend a few minutes before I pick up the camera getting comfortable with one another, especially if you have young kids!
How long until we see our images?
I give you a sneak peak on instagram with 48 hours and then they'll be ready for download in your digital gallery within four weeks.
Where are you based and will you travel?
I live in a little village in north Sheffield. Most of my work in based in Yorkshire but I love to travel and I'm more than happy to take a little trip to photograph you.  Travel of up to 50 miles is included in all of my wedding packages but if you're further afield I have a set accommodation fee of £150. For more information about elopement and weddings abroad, shoot me an email!
How can we book you?
Fill in the details on the enquiry form and I'll check my diary to see if I have your date free. I ask for a 20% deposit to book me and secure your date. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from the remaining fee. Once you've confirmed your booking with me, there's a bit of paperwork for you to complete.

I'm happy to answer any other questions that you might have so feel free to get in touch.
